Fall 2016 Seasonal Forecast

If you like the warm weather, then you're sure going to love this forecast. This fall season, our area and the entire Northeast can expect above average temperatures overall from September through November. In fact, this is the first time the entire country is forecast to feel those warmer temperatures.

For precipitation, we can expect near average precipitation. I am leaning more towards a below average precipitation season, which may lead to poor fall foliage this year coupled with the warmer temperatures.

This is a seasonal forecast, so of course it may not actaully play out with what I'm forecasting, but these are the likeliest scenarios to play out this season.
