Tropical Storm Colin made landfall on the big bend of Florida's coast just after 11PM Monday night. Now it will brush the coast of the Carolinas with heavy rain and strong winds, as a tropical storm.

Heavy rain is still possible in some areas today, especially in the Florida Peninsula, where up to two inches of additional rain is expected. Up to an inch of rain is possible in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

This storm will move off and into the Atlantic by the end of the day Tuesday, hauling as a post-tropical cyclone over the Atlantic to the east.
